For Human Capital Development Solidarity and Sharing
About Us
The Panafrican Cultural and Training Center Inc. is a Non Profit (501) (C3) charitable organization dedicated to mobilizing African Diaspora competencies, initiatives, and experiences. With this organization, our mission is to promote human capital development through capacity building and training programs sustained by self-sufficiency, social empowerment, and economic empowerment. One of our greatest mottos is to “start small and achieve greater.” Many people believe that to be successful, you must already have some kind of leverage, which is valid to an extent, but it’s not the only way. Many successful people have achieved great things despite not having much. Just take Steve Jobs as an example, who dropped out after one semester of college and is still successful even after his death.
Despite this, our center also aims to unite existing organizations to create new dynamic strategies to help strengthen our work. We are dedicated to collaborating and bridging communities more profoundly and meaningfully to show the vision of Panafricanism as we work heavily on uniting African communities. Being confident that dispersion among African organizations is a huge barrier to our unity and progress, our organization pleads with all African community leaders to commit themselves to promoting collaboration, solidarity, and sharing spirit to build a better future for our communities.
We also strongly believe in promoting inter-community relationships and strengthening ties between African societies and other American communities by promoting and engaging in networking opportunities to strengthen values.
